As a Front Office Associate, you will be expected to respond to calls, manage appointments, and provide top-notch customer service to our patients
The ideal candidate will have a friendly and professional demeanor at all times
You will work full time with different morning shifts
Conveys a polite and positive approach while answering calls, ensuring customer satisfaction
Expertly routes phone calls to the assigned center associate for quick resolution
Provides a communication link between patients and technologists to ensure that all scanner-related information is clearly communicated and understood
Straightening magazines, organizing coffee provisions, and assisting with general office cleaning are crucial tasks when it comes to the upkeep of the front office lobby area
Secures office supplies on a required basis
Maintains a continuous stock of patient information booklets
Recommends the use of digital tools for transmitting images
Conducts confirmation calls and dispenses personalized pre-surgery instructions to patients
Facilitates the delivery of requested paperwork, including reports, billing information, and medical release forms, using fax
Verifies patient's insurance
Obtain insurance approval prior to performing any medical exams to ensure patient coverage
Obtains insurance authorization
In line with relevant regulations and company guidelines, the release of information requests from medical facilities, patients, insurance companies, attorneys, and referring offices are handled by the company
Arranges for suitable transportation, interpretation, and accommodation options for patients in need
Dispatches requests for patient exams to the relevant medical staff
Confirms that the orders received coincide with the relevant exam schedule
Facilitates referrals and ensures that all necessary authorizations are obtained
Schedules walk-in patients
Timely and meticulous handling of image order and CD requests is integral to the delivery of top-quality patient care
Maintains a constantly updated and accurate database on referring physicians, to aid in facilitating communication with them

• The check-in process for imaging services includes capturing patients’ demographic data and handling payment plans and copays in an effective and timely manner
• Conveys a polite and positive approach while answering calls, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Expertly routes phone calls to the assigned center associate for quick resolution
• Provides a communication link between patients and technologists to ensure that all scanner-related information is clearly communicated and understood

Requirements
Required:
