Front Office Executive

JOB SUMMARY

Front Office Executives are accountable for maintaining a professional work environment and supervising Front Office teams. Common tasks are assigning work to employees, troubleshooting, handling budgets and payrolls, solving crises, reporting to the upper management, and providing customer service.

Primary Roles & Accountabilities:

· Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material

· Greet and welcome guests.

· Answer questions and address complaints

· Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages

· Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them

· Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary

· Keep updated records and files

· Monitor office expenses and costs

· Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)

· Event organization

· Scheduling interviews with candidates

Key Skills:

· Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position

· Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)

· Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping

· Proficient in English (oral and written)

· Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)

· Strong communication and people skills

· Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities

· Problem-solving skills

· Graduate; additional qualifications will be a plus

Location: Sector 65, Gurgaon, Haryana

Working Days: 5 (Mon – Fri)

Work Timings: 9 AM – 6:30 PM

CTC: Upto 3 LPA

Exp required: 3 – 5 yrs (Front Desk / admin)

Notice Period: immediate or 15 days
