Job Description: Front Desk Receptionist Position Overview: As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and guests, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Your primary responsibility is to greet guests, answer inquiries, manage incoming calls, and perform various clerical tasks to ensure smooth operations of the front desk area. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. - Answer incoming calls, route them to the appropriate person or department, and take messages as needed. - Provide accurate information and assistance to inquiries regarding the organization's services, facilities, and policies. - Direct visitors to the appropriate meeting rooms or personnel. - Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as required. - Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. - Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed. - Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, replenishing items as necessary. - Collaborate with other departments to coordinate administrative tasks and support their needs. - Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times. - Assist with special projects or tasks as assigned by management.
