Physical stamina:

This job can require a great deal of physical activity, including lifting and carrying heavy packages. You should be in good physical shape and able to lift heavy objects with ease

• The materials and provisions sent may include packages weighing up to 50 pounds, having dimensions of up to 3 feet by 1.5 feet.
• The conventional method involves raising the cases from the ground and piling them onto shelves that can go upwards of 72 inches.
• When moving the large cans that weigh 3 lbs and 7 oz, they are brought from the workstation and placed onto the designated storage shelves.
• The storage room occasionally serves as a starting point for moving 30 pounds of pizza sauce to the front of the store.
• Three trays of pizza dough, each weighing about 12 pounds, are carried for short distances on a regular basis.
• Effort and force play an instrumental role in moving a dolly carrying up to 30 trays, with an exertion of 7.5 pounds being required for smooth relocation.
