Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 3+ years of post-qualification experience to manage and oversee the financial operations of our company. The Finance Manager will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage audit processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize tax efficiency and compliance.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts to support business planning, and financial goals &perform variance analysis.
• Identify and assess financial risks, implementing measures to mitigate risks
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
• Continuously review and improve financial processes and controls to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Evaluate and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance with tax laws, accounting standards, and reporting requirements.
Qualifications:
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum of 3+ years of post-qualification experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally).
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial modeling.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Leadership experience with a proven ability to manage and develop teams.
