Vizcom is hiring an Executive Assistant to be a close partner to the CEO & CTO!
This person will help ensure the executive team is functioning at their best and be an owner for projects that are critical to Vizcom’s operations and success
Be a close and trusted partner to Vizcom’s executive team, assisting with calendar management, external communications, meeting agendas & note taking + more
Act as office manager for our small, downtown San Francisco office
Assist with travel arrangements for the CEO + CTO, and other employees as needed

The Role:

Compensation:

The base pay range targeted for this position is: $70,000 - $90,000 DOE. This role is eligible for equity.

The actual offer, including the compensation package, is determined based on multiple factors, including experience, location, and other business considerations. The overall package described in this post applies to W2, U.S. based employees- final package will be determined by local requirements and employment laws and accessibility.
