Job description
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Assist with event management: Help plan, organize, and manage all aspects of the upcoming conference, including coordinating with attendees.
• Handle communication: Manage communications with various stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional correspondence via email and other channels.
• Create content: Draft and edit content for event-related materials such as invitations, promotional content, and post-event summaries.
• Coordinate on-site activities: Provide on-site support during the event, ensuring smooth execution and addressing any logistical issues that arise.
• Conduct follow-up: Assist with post-event follow-up, including sending thank-you emails and gathering feedback from attendees.
• Report progress: Compile and present regular updates to the team on the progress of event preparations and execution.
• Complete miscellaneous tasks: Handle any additional tasks related to event management as assigned.
• Prepare documentation: Create and maintain documents related to the event, including schedules, agendas, and contact lists, using MS Office tools.

About Company: Indian Sugar Mills Association (ISMA) is a premier sugar organization in India. It is the interface between the government and the sugar industry (both private and public sugar mills) in the country. The prime objective is to ensure that the functioning and interest of both the private and public sugar mills in the country are safeguarded through conducive and growth-oriented policies of the government.

India entered the sugar export market for the first time in the year 1957 which was entirely on the initiative of ISMA.
