Job description
About the internshipSelected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with event management: Help plan, organize, and manage all aspects of the upcoming conference, including coordinating with attendees.
2. Handle communication: Manage communications with various stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional correspondence via email and other channels.
3. Create content: Draft and edit content for event-related materials such as invitations, promotional content, and post-event summaries.
4. Coordinate on-site activities: Provide on-site support during the event, ensuring smooth execution and addressing any logistical issues that arise.
5. Conduct follow-up: Assist with post-event follow-up, including sending thank-you emails and gathering feedback from attendees.
6. Report progress: Compile and present regular updates to the team on the progress of event preparations and execution.
7. Complete miscellaneous tasks: Handle any additional tasks related to event management as assigned.
8. Prepare documentation: Create and maintain documents related to the event, including schedules, agendas, and contact lists, using MS Office tools.
