Event Coordinator

Job description
Are you a super organised, passionate and cool-headed Events professional? If so, this could be the job for you! We are looking for a creative and innovative events professional to join a busy and experienced marketing department in this newly created role.

You will need to be a fantastic team player, someone who likes to maintain structure and process to ensure the smooth delivery of a multitude of varying events. Although you are working for one company, the events are frequent and wide ranging offering loads of variety in your role.
• Delivering company event schedule
• Managing budgets and producing proposals for events
• Venue sourcing, entertainment booking and maintaining relationships with suppliers
• Co-ordination from booking to event go live!

This is a role where we need a few years of experience in a similar job, there is an Events Manager here and a whole marketing team who will be your day-to-day working colleagues with lots of experience to draw from, but you will need to bring your own ideas and experiences to be successful in this busy role.
