Responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Assistant to join our events team
The ideal candidate will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events, including corporate meetings, conferences, social gatherings, and promotional events
Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, maintaining event calendars, organizing files, and preparing reports
On-Site Support: Provide on-site support during events, including setup, troubleshooting, guest assistance, and post-event breakdown
Communication: Serve as a point of contact for vendors, clients, and attendees, ensuring clear and effective communication
Marketing Assistance: Support the marketing team in promoting events through social media, email campaigns, and other channels
Budget Tracking: Assist in monitoring event budgets, processing invoices, and tracking expenses
Logistics Coordination: Help manage logistics, including travel arrangements, accommodation, and transportation for event staff and participants

Key Responsibilities
• Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, maintaining event calendars, organizing files, and preparing reports.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with event management software is a plus.
