Role purpose:
Reporting to the EC HR Lead, the EC HR 2IC will support in guiding a team of 9 EC HR consultants executing outcomes to deliver payroll and HR activity that sits outside straight through payroll processes across Australia, New Zealand, India and Philippines. The team will also be delivering HR administration activity for all countries on the new Employee Central technology. The purpose of the Employee Central Human Resources team is to ensure that the data is accurate to pay people accurately and on time. The smooth running of the EC HR function is a key critical function for the group. You will manage the effective use of the Employee Central system to deliver against agreed data and process standards, ensuring data accuracy, efficient business processes and maximum functionality. You ensure the quality of delivery meets expectations, with a keen focus on employee experience - supporting an environment where people and technology thrive together to accomplish more than they could apart.
What will your day look like
Employee Central (ECHR) is the system of record for HR data for all ANZ locations. This role is accountable for supporting the HR administration activity in ECHR for all countries.
The areas covered by this role are Employee Data Management and Time and Leave Management.
The role is to ensure that Foundation data is accurate at all times and controls are in place to ensure this.

Understanding of payroll delivery/processes of relevant country payroll (AUS/NZ/IND/PHP), particularly upstream and downstream impacts
Experience managing delivery of HR administration in a complex corporate or shared services environment
Ability to build strong, open and collaborative working relationships, including communicating with a number of countries.
Strong understanding of processes and execution against design
Ability to manage and drive resolution in any escalated operational delivery risks or issues.
Well-developed interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to deliver ‘end-to-’end’ with minimal hand-offs
Liaise with stakeholders on routine tasks and transactions
Help to solve problems by using documented solutions and processes, contribute ideas for decision making
Manage work with documented processes
Minimum 4 years of experience in payroll employee data
Minimum 2 years of experience in Success Factor
