A Charlotte, NC based Medical company is searching for a Director of Operations as they continue to grow. This role will be responsible for all things relating to post sale support in the region. Your team will include both workshop repair technicians and field service engineers. This person will be managing 15 Employees, which will be a mix of in house service professionals and Field Service Engineers. The successful candidate will be based at our offices in the greater Charlotte, NC, but also spending time in the field with your team.
This person will be someone who has experience increasing efficiencies while tying in Operations, Logistics, and Service.
This is a predominantly onsite role in Fort mill, SC.
