As a Digital Marketing Specialist focused on ads, you will be responsible for driving sales through strategic paid advertising campaigns. You will manage ad platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to optimize our digital presence and maximize the return on advertising spend. This is a full-time, office position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and Execute Ad Campaigns: Design, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Audience Targeting and Segmentation: Identify and segment audiences to target relevant groups with tailored messaging.
• Budget Management: Allocate and manage advertising budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum impact and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
• Ad Copy and Creative Development: Write engaging ad copies that resonate with our audience and drive action.
• Graphic Design: Create visually appealing ad creatives, including banners, social media ads, and other digital assets using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma or Canva.
• Performance Tracking and Analysis: Use analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and generate actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
• A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing strategies for ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to optimize conversion rates.
• Keyword Research and Optimization: Conduct keyword research to improve search campaign performance and lower cost per acquisition (CPA).
• Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and advertising best practices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the broader marketing team, sales and developers to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing strategies.
Requirements
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid advertising campaigns.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics.
• Design Skills: Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva; a strong portfolio demonstrating creative ad design work.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions that enhance campaign performance.
• Creativity: Proven experience in developing compelling ad content that drives engagement and conversions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Certifications: Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant platforms are preferred.
Benefits
Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 CAD
Yearly bonus up to 10% - based on personal and company performance.
