Job description, work day and responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Curriculum Development: Design and develop comprehensive training curriculum covering various aspects of digital marketing, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, analytics, and web design.
• Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and informative training sessions, workshops, webinars, and seminars both in-person and online. Utilize various teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles and preferences.
• Content Creation: Create educational materials such as presentations, case studies, exercises, and assessments to support training programs. Keep content updated to reflect the latest industry trends and advancements.
• Individual Coaching: Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to learners, offering personalized guidance and feedback to help them improve their digital marketing skills and achieve their goals.
• Industry Research: Stay abreast of the latest developments in digital marketing, including new technologies, tools, algorithms, and regulations. Incorporate relevant industry insights into training programs to ensure their relevance and effectiveness.
• Evaluation and Feedback: Assess the progress and performance of learners through assignments, quizzes, projects, and evaluations. Provide constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement to help learners maximize their potential.
• Client Consultation: Consult with clients to understand their specific training needs and objectives. Customize training programs accordingly to address their unique requirements and challenges.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with other trainers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to continuously enhance training programs and ensure their effectiveness and relevance.
• Marketing and Promotion: Assist in marketing and promoting training programs to attract participants and maximize enrollment. Leverage various channels such as social media, email marketing, and industry events to reach the target audience.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in digital marketing, with in-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, tools, and strategies.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
• Previous experience in training, teaching, or coaching is highly desirable.
• Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot) is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Passion for learning and professional development, with a commitment to staying updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
