Job Description: Position Overview: As a Digital Marketer at AR Group of Education, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our digital marketing strategies. You will work closely with our marketing team to enhance our online presence, engage with our audience, and drive enrollment growth. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and has a passion for digital marketing. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., social media, email, SEO, SEM, content marketing). Create, curate, and manage engaging content for our website, social media channels, and email newsletters. Optimise content and campaigns for search engines to improve organic search rankings (SEO). Monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, and provide actionable insights. Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads. Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and target audience insights. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.). Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices. Experience with content creation and management across various digital platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the education sector or related industry. Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web design principles. Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp). Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant areas.
