Digital Marketing Executive

The ideal candidate will oversee the online marketing strategy for the organization by planning and executing digital marketing campaigns. This candidate will launch advertisements and create content to increase brand awareness. This candidate will have previous marketing experience and be able to monitor the company's social media presence.

Qualification:

- BMS Graduate or MBA in Marketing, Digital Marketing Diploma
• 2 - 3 yr experience.

Skills:

- Full understanding of social media platforms

- Great Attention to detail

- Must be able to do basic designing of creatives on canva/ photoshop

- PPT Designing

- Good Communication

- Out-going personality

- Creative (writing, designing and executing)

Job Responsibilities & KRAs:

- Managing the daily social media posts on all 3 platforms Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and posting on time and as per brief. Replying to comments and ensuring hygiene checks for the business pages is maintained.

- Designing creatives on Canva software as and when required for social media, emailers, posters etc.

- Using mailing software Mailchimp for scheduling internal and external mailers

- Research competitors for insights on social media, website, etc.

- Coordination with vendors as and when required for various marketing tasks

- Supporting end to end for any internal engagement programs from marketing standpoint

- Preparing reports and MIS on monthly basis

- Managing and posting reviews on Google and Glassdoor for online reputation management
