Responsibilities:
• Take ownership of the entire digital customer experience journey and create a roadmap that includes all touchpoints (website, blogs, emails, and social media) to ensure brand consistency.
• Directly responsible for increasing traffic, conversion, and ROI across all digital acquisition channels, including paid search, SEO, remarketing, display, email, and social media.
• Implement a strategy for building a sales pipeline and monitoring the sales funnel to drive growth. Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, as well as their impact on the business (ROI and KPIs).
• Oversee customer journeys across business segments and create and execute targeted email campaigns based on customer personas/profiling.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure a smooth transition of leads generated through paid digital campaigns down the sales funnel toward closure.
• Be on the lookout for changing digital trends as well as new-age digital platforms and enablers that can help drive the business mandate and deliver better ROI.
• Monitor the digital agency's performance against key metrics for all paid and non-paid activities and campaigns and provide course correction measures based on regular reviews.
Requirements
• 3 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing
• As a startup, last-minute surprises are unavoidable. The digital marketing champion must be able to adapt to the needs of the moment and think on their feet.
• Must pay close attention to detail, manage campaigns and derive insights on performance using a data-driven approach.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or master's degree
