Customer Care Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Associate. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for receiving customer complaints, registering them in our system, and providing assistance with queries related to kitchen appliance service. Your primary goal will be to ensure excellent customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing timely resolutions. This position requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of kitchen appliances and their service requirements.

Responsibilities:

Receive and manage customer complaints via multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Listen attentively to customers' concerns, gather relevant information, and document all interactions accurately in our complaint management system.
Provide timely and professional responses to customer queries related to kitchen appliance service, troubleshooting, warranty coverage, repairs, and maintenance.
Offer clear explanations and guidance to customers regarding our company's policies, procedures, and service options.
Collaborate closely with technical support teams to ensure effective resolution of customer complaints and service-related issues.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
