ROLE OBJECTIVE –Major role shall be relationship building, researching the market and related products along with presenting the product favorably and in a structured professional manner.2. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES – Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers (Chefs) Acting as a contact between FS brand and its existing and potential markets Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make sales. Also negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales Negotiating on price, costs, delivery, and specifications with buyers and managers and challenging any objectives with a view to getting the customer to buy Demonstration of FS products to make different dishes Developing innovative dishes and menus for customers with FS products Menu development for customers Create a basket selling strategy for the sales team and a cuisine selling approach Training of sales team on cooking different dishes across cuisines with FS productsSpecific skill sets: Excellent communication skills Demonstration skills Cooking & plating skills especially in Indian Cuisine Excellent selling & negotiation skills
