Job description, work day and responsibilities

Effectively communicate and offer ancillary products, services and upgrades to enhance our customer’s travel experience

Personally welcome customers with a pleasant greeting and answer questions in a friendly manner

Answers incoming telephone calls and greets customers who walk in the store

Assists in receiving, shipping and general warehouse duties when needed

Process ship outs and will call orders, returns

Reads catalog, or computer for replacement part stock number and price

Solicits new and established customers via telephone to promote sales

Requisitions merchandise from stockroom and/or withdraws and assembles merchandise for immediate delivery, delayed customer pick-up, company truck delivery or shipment by common carrier
