Job Role & Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple social handles and partner with other team members to integrate campaign-specific messaging across all channels.
• Guide the creation of micro-content such as social graphics, visual development, animated GIFs, and short-form video related to campaigns
• Be the business POC for the social media customer service team.
• Track performance of social media campaigns, content, and overall health of the assigned social handles with regular reporting.
• Aid in the development of the social strategy as it relates to messaging, engagement, and content performance. 6. Continuously innovate within the social space

Required Experience:
• Graduate/Post Graduate
• 0.6-3 Years as Social Media handler/Campaigns execution & management/Content writing.

Key Skills preferred:
• Excellent Communications.
• Excellent content Writing skills.
• Vast knowledge of Ecommerce Platform.
• Hands on experience campaigns design & management on social platforms.
