About our newly created position.
The Content Creator & Social Media Specialist produces engaging content and manages social media strategies to enhance brand presence and drive audience growth. This role requires creativity, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of social media trends.
Some responsibilities will include:
Develop, produce, and edit high-quality visual and written content for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to engage and grow our audience.
Plan, schedule, and execute a consistent social media calendar, ensuring all content is aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Actively engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and fostering a positive community experience across all platforms.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Monitor social media performance, analyze data, and generate insights to optimize content strategy and achieve KPIs.
Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices, and apply them to enhance our social media presence.
Work closely with the design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure content and campaigns are consistent with overall brand and business goals.

Experience in content creation and social media management, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
Strong videography/filming, writing, and editing skills.
In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and their respective best practices.
Ability to interpret social media metrics and translate them into actionable strategies for improvement.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories and messages that resonate with different audiences.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
A genuine passion for social media and content creation, with a keen eye for detail and a pulse on the latest trends and innovations.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive work environment.
