As a Content Coordinator at The Moissanite Company, you will be responsible for driving the creative and strategic direction of the brand's content across all social media platforms. This role focuses on developing, managing, and executing innovative content strategies that resonate with TMC’s target audience and align with the company’s brand values and strategic objectives.
Hours
This position is Full Time, Monday - Friday 8am-4pm.
Location
This position will be based at our new Head Office and our Brisbane Showroom, when required, both situated in New Farm, 4005.
The Role
By collaborating closely with the Brand Manager, Creative Director and the broader marketing team, the Content Coordinator ensures that all content, from video to static posts, is of the highest quality and effectively engages the TMC community. This position is key in maintaining a dynamic and responsive social media presence, adapting to trends, and continuously optimising content based on performance metrics. The Content Coordinator plays a critical role in enhancing TMC’s digital footprint, fostering community engagement, and supporting the overall marketing goals of the company.
Core Responsibilities
Strategic Content Development: Curate and implement sophisticated content strategies across all digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand values and market trends.
Collaborative Creation: Work in close harmony with the Head of Brand and Creative Director to produce content that is both aesthetically refined and strategically effective.
Content Production: Craft and edit high-calibre video and static content that captures the essence of our brand for both organic reach and paid ad campaigns.
Content Implementation: Manage Content Calendars, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content, coupled with excellent copywriting across all social platforms.
Community Engagement: Cultivate and nurture our engaged online community, fostering meaningful interactions that enhance brand loyalty.
Monitor and Report on Ad Content Performance: Closely collaborate with our paid ad specialists to develop and curate content that will perform best.
Performance Analysis: Employ a meticulous approach to monitoring content performance, making informed adjustments to optimise outcomes.
Industry Insights: Stay attuned to the latest industry trends, integrating these insights into our forward-thinking content strategy.
Campaign Synchronisation: Ensure that all campaigns are seamlessly integrated across social platforms, maintaining a consistent brand narrative.
