Job description, work day and responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced marketing & communications professional for a growing team. This role is an important addition to our marketing and communication team, directly reporting to the National Communications and Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities are varied & you will always be ‘on deck’ to manage internal and external events, newsletters, publications & to drive social activity. A varied, rewarding role where no two days are the same.
ABOUT YOU
Our ideal candidate will be a marketing & communications professional with experience working either within an agency or in an in-house role. The successful applicant will be creative, ambitious & have great attention to detail. You will be an outgoing, motivated, ‘hands on’ team player, who drives on delivering work on tight schedules in a collaborative environment. You will be tech savvy & comfortable with social media platforms & the Microsoft suite of apps, as a minimum.
Essential requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or similar relevant qualification.
Minimum of two year's experience in a Communications role
Exceptional written & verbal communication skills
A creative & inquisitive mindset & an active contributor to campaigns & strategies
Solutions focussed with strong relationship building skills
Exceptional attention to detail, time management & organisational skills
Ability to coordinate multiple projects concurrently & work to deadlines & changing priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office & Adobe & strong understanding of social media platforms, including Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Tik Tok
Demonstrated experience in email marketing & web content publishing
