Roles And Responsibilities:

Preparation of financial statements and reports.

Responsible for preparation of cash flow, budgeting Forecasting, and other financial data.

Hand-on experience in taxation GST and Income Tax.

Expert in designing & making financial modelling. Structuring of funding transactions

Coordinating with external auditors, provide data and ensure statutory compliance.

Basic Qualifications:

● 5+ years of experience as a Chartered Accountant.

● Corporate Experience is mandatory (Startup experience preferred)

● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or related field.

Key skill:

● Financial Statement

● MIS Reporting

● Budgeting/Forecasting

● Taxation-GST/TDS

● ROC Compliance

● Strong leadership qualities. Having experience in team Handling.

● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or related field.

● Attention to detail and problem solving ability

● Impressive oral and written communication skills

● Ability to manage stressful situations effectively

● Good mathematical skills.

Responsibilities:

● Drafting of monthly/annual financial statements

● Maintaining proper accounting records

● Drafting of weekly/monthly MIS reports for investors

● Liaising with clients, business partners, auditors (internal and external) and

vendors.

● Ensuring complete statutory compliances (Tax and secretarial)

● Preparation of budgets and forecasting and variance analysis

● Analyzing the company’s financial systems and procedures

● Liaising with banks and financial institution

● Providing assistance with tax planning

● Ensure timely monthly closing of books

Location: Okhla Phase 3, New Delhi

Experience: 3-6 Years
