Under the direction of the PE Chief of Staff, work with multiple stakeholders to ensure people, process and governance is in place to run the business.
Your day to day
Workforce Strategy & Management
Contribute to and execute on Workforce Strategy.
Align workforce allocation according to strategic priorities and executed within Workforce Planning. Provide requirements to Workforce Planning for analysis against strategic initiatives to allow decision-making.
Partner with Finance for budget enablement.
Business Strategy and Operations
Partner with leadership and PMO to create operating plan, goals and objectives, aligned with company’s strategic direction and priorities.
Build culture of data-driven decision-making by developing, maintaining, and reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other metrics.
Develop messaging, ranging from internal communications to presentations.
Execute on Employee Engagement efforts in partnership with HR.
Develop and implement best practices across operating rhythms and routines. Facilitate operating cadences such as staff meetings, operational reviews, town halls/all hands meetings, leadership offsites, AMAs as required.
Coordinate forums for check-ins with teams, engineering, product, and as needed.
Partner/ align with cross-functional organizations such as PMO, Finance, HR, Talent Management.
Drive Technical Platform program/project in collaboration with engineering leaders
What do you need to bring-
Technical Acumen
Minimum of 10 years of experience delivering projects
Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning, business operations or technical project management
Strong MS Excel & PowerPoint skills
Business Acumen
High delivery focus with an emphasis on task ownership and completion
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proven ability to work effectively with all organization levels
Customer centric attitude
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects with competing priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to change, comfortable dealing with ambiguity and uncertainty
Strong analytical thinking, decision making and innovative problem-solving skills

Capable of executing short-term (tactical) and long term (strategic) plans
Ability to balance business partnership with the need to exercise independent judgment and to raise issues in a timely and constructive manner
