About the Role:
The Business Lead - Healthcare will be responsible for operations and general administration in a large hospital setup. The role includes leading non-medical services/ medical Services, finance, sales & marketing, and nursing along with other responsibilities as designated by the Facility Director/ Regional Director
Location: Bommasandra, Bengaluru
Qualifications & Experience:
• MBBS/ MHA/ MD in Hospital Administration
• 10+ years in the an Operations Lead/ Centre Head/ Business Lead role in the Healthcare Industry
Key Deliverables:
• Oversee and manage the P&L for the assigned service line, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Drive business growth and achieve revenue goals in alignment with the business plan.
• Oversee patient care and clinical operations, ensuring high-quality services and compliance with healthcare standards.
• Monitor and manage financial activities and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Provide strategic leadership, coordinating with Medical Superintendents, Non-medical Heads, and other key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clinicians to address service issues and support initiatives that enhance service delivery, revenue growth, and cost reduction.
• Implement initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reduce turnaround and waiting times, and enhance service accuracy.
• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to promote the service line, ensuring a strong digital presence and effective outreach activities.
• Identify and onboard doctors, allocate resources, and determine staffing needs to support service line operations.
• Serve as the external interface with the local community, fostering positive relationships and supporting community health initiatives.
Candidates Must Have:
• Strong leadership abilities and effective communication skills.
• Ability to develop and implement growth strategies.
• Expertise in PNL, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Ability to adapt to changes and solve complex issues efficiently.
• Knowledge of clinical processes and regulatory compliance.
