WHAT IS THE ROLE OF "BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER":-

As a Sales Executive at 7 Star Medtech Private Limited, the fastest growing performance marketing company exclusively working for the healthcare domain, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with hospitals who are interested in our services. You will be working on leads of high-ticket prospects who require digital marketing services. You will be the face of our company and will be responsible for representing our brand in a professional and positive manner. We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven individual who has excellent communication and relationship building skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-

- Manage and nurture a portfolio of high-ticket clients in the hospital industry who require digital marketing services.

- Respond to Facebook-generated leads in a timely and professional manner.

- Schedule and attend meetings with potential clients to discuss their digital marketing needs.

- Present our services to potential clients in a clear and concise manner.

- Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential clients.

Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for clients.

- Provide regular updates on client accounts to the management team

REQUIREMENTS:-

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.

- Ability to analyze and interpret sales data and market trends. Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS:-

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.

- Minimum of 2 year of experience in sales, preferably in the digital marketing industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build strong relationships with clients Strong negotiation and closing skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
