Roles and Responsibility
Business
• Achieving the budgets for Personal Loan
• Onboard new channels in alignment to the plan
• Ensure adherence to the set sales processes and policies
• Drive Sales TAT reduction by various activities such as reducing errors & bringing in process efficiencies
• Ensure Proper Conduct, Nil Mis-selling, Sales Complaints, Sales Error, & Potential Inappropriate Sales (PIS) on a consistent month on month basis
• Ensure that strict controls are in place to monitor sourcing for all products as per policy/program guidelines
• To ensure there are NIL instances for Fraud Risk Management (FRM) & conduct sales Quality checks
Our Ideal Candidate
• Substantial experience in the banking industry, including demonstrated success in a similar role.
• Must possess sharp business acumen (including ability to assess risk and appropriate levels of return), excellent interpersonal skills and multi-cultural awareness and sensitivity.
• Ability to work with geographically dispersed and highly varied stakeholders
• At least 5 years of relevant experience across credit trading in Asia and other markets
