Company Description:

We are a growing web design service provider seeking a Business Development Associate to help convert leads into customers.

Role Description:

As a Business Development Associate, your main focus will be on engaging with potential clients through calls and emails, understanding their needs, and presenting our solutions. You will manage communications, assist in developing sales strategies, and occasionally support content-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outreach to potential clients via calls and emails.
• Convert leads into customers through effective communication.
• Support content creation and publishing as needed.
• Manage third-party communications.

Qualifications:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Basic understanding of SEO and B2B marketing is desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Budget: 15k + High incentives on closed deals.
