Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Branch Manager at HDB Financial Services Ltd in Jaipur. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, managing staff, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves business development, implementing strategies to drive growth, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
• Experience in branch operations, sales management, and customer service
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
• Ability to drive business development initiatives and achieve sales targets
• Knowledge of financial products and services in the banking or NBFC sector
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make strategic decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Previous experience as a Branch Manager or similar role is a plus
