Job description, work day and responsibilities
RequirementsMandatory 1. Any graduation preferred. Experience or Education in Business Management is a plus. 2. A minimum of 3-4 years' experience as a process/sales trainer. BPO Industry knowledge prefer 3. Good Communication skills and Presentation skills 4. Good time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills. 5. Mature, confident, able to take stress, work in adverse situations 6. Strong motivation to work in the social sector To be ready to perform any activity (multi-tasking) - Able to handle and conduct virtual classes with the students and the primary responsibility of this role is to the in-house trainer of CRM BPO and Retail for the fresh graduates. - Maintain minimum 80% students attendance in the virtual sessions and complete the batch within the given timelines. - Must be self-driven, with the ability to upgrade Learning & Development (L&D) knowledge, work and deliver under pressure. - Should be able to handle effectively and efficiently students queries and doubts. - Would be responsible to update the Student management system to track every student status and learning within the program - Take Ownership of accuracy of work and maintain quick turnaround time. - Prepare training materials such as outlines, text, and handouts and present information, using a variety of instructional techniques and formats such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, and lectures as well as develop alternative training methods if expected improvements are not seen. - Collate the training results and documentation of the same to present to the senior management weekly/monthly.
