A CASA Sales Officer is responsible for promoting and selling current and savings accounts to individuals and businesses. They play a crucial role in generating new business and increasing the deposit base of the bank or financial institution.

Responsibilities:

Actively identify and approach potential customers, both individuals and businesses, to promote current and savings account products.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for acquiring new CASA accounts.

Build and nurture relationships with customers .

Identify opportunities to cross-sell other banking products.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and account openings.

Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the bank.

Required Candidate profile:

Any Bachelor degree.

Experience: 1 to 2 years.

Age: 21 to 30 years.

Good Conversation skill.

Excellent lead generation and conversion skills.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time, Fresher

Salary: ₹225,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
