Job description
As an Associate Manager - Acquisition (CASA Sales) at IDFC Bank, you will play a pivotal role in driving the acquisition of Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) customers. You will be responsible for executing strategic initiatives to expand the bank's customer base, enhance brand visibility, and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
• Customer Acquisition: Proactively identify and acquire new customers for CASA products through various channels such as direct sales, referrals, corporate tie-ups, and digital platforms.
• Sales Target Achievement: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual acquisition targets.
• Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with potential customers, understand their banking needs, and provide suitable solutions to drive conversion.
• Lead Management: Manage leads efficiently through the sales pipeline, from initial contact to closure, ensuring timely follow-ups and documentation.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and formulate competitive strategies.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal policies while ensuring all customer interactions and documentation comply with the prescribed standards.
• Cross-Selling: Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote other banking products and services to enhance customer relationships and maximize revenue.
• Performance Reporting: Generate regular reports and dashboards to track sales performance, analyze key metrics, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of CASA products and sales processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
