The Area Business Manager (ABM) will oversee operations across a districts, with a primary focus on acquiring franchise partners. This role is essential for driving regional growth and expanding the franchise network.
Drool Door is seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Business Manager to lead our franchise expansion efforts within the hotel industry. As the Area Business Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new franchise opportunities, fostering relationships with potential franchisees, and driving business growth across designated regions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Franchise Acquisition:
Identify and target potential franchise partners within the assigned districts.
Develop and implement strategies to attract and onboard new franchisees.
· Sales Management:
Drive sales initiatives to meet regional targets.
Monitor and analyze sales performance within the franchise network.
· Team Leadership:
Lead and support district teams in achieving franchise acquisition goals.

· Market Research:

· Relationship Management:
