We are looking for a candidate who can handle the whole Bengaluru GT(premiumA+) and MT market. We have existing distributors who are supplying for more than 200+ stores. We want to expand the network and build more strategies for the brand establishment and movement. You will then monitor sales performance with the goal of expanding our company's market share. Responsibilities • Monitor and report on sales performance • Appointing Stockist and Distributors in GT and MT • Cracking favourable MT channels and chain of outlets for the brand • Deploying ground force and promotional activities. • Build sales pipeline for new business opportunities Qualifications • FMCG (Food & Confectionery) Experience Mandatory. • Should have work experience with the Biscuits and Cookies brand • Should be from Bengaluru area or residing in Bengaluru • Mandatory Connections with MT, Quick Commerce and Stockists • Understanding of Karnataka Market for Premium snack products • Previous experience in startups or cost-effective market approaches. • Should know Excel Intermediate level
