This is legal manager role where candidate needs to impart legal professional skills to address and work corporate legal and governance requirements of the organiz
ation.
Day-to-Day responsib
- ilities:
Drafting, advising and reviewing contracts and other legal documents to ensure they are legally binding and accurately reflect business o
- bjectives.Structure and negotiate agreements with customers, vendors and partners related to payment
- industry.Evaluating the RFP deals and providing legal risk comments and mitigating
- solutions.Drafting, reviewing, negotiating (with internal and external stakeholders), execution and record management of all types of contracts i.e, MSA, Software agreements, Licensing Agreement, Lease Agreement, MoUs, NDAs, teaming
- agreement,Cross-border commercial contracts, data privac
- y law/GDPREngaging with product and business teams to understand traditional and non-traditional product offerings and provide relevant legal support a
- nd advise.Ensure appropriate and relevant legal trainings to relevant sta
- keholders.Drafting of legal documents i.e. Power of Attorney, Affidavits, written submissions, applications, petitions, response to leg
- al noticesManage and liaise with external counsels and
- advisors.Provide legal support and manage the full range of company transaction including M&A;, due
- diligence.Overseeing corporate secretarial and governance requirements and operational a
- ctivities.Assisting and monitoring team on ensuring regulatory, legal and governance co
- mpliances.Practical knowledge in handling criminal and civil matters including Arbitration proceeding, appearances before judicial/Para judicial authorities; liaison with law enforcement authorities i.e. police, cyber cell etc. Coordinate with external counsels and provide briefs to them and ensure adequate repre
- sentation.Researching and anticipating unique legal issues that could impact the company in its operating area /sector and
- industry.Identification of legal, regulatory, and other critical risk in the business and other contracts and advising mitigation efforts to the
- managementDrafting and implementation of corporate policies, guidance notes, manual etc. for regulatory and contractual
- complianceAssist in digitization projects for the legal d

partment.

Qualification: Essential - LL.B or equivalent law degree from reput
ed university.Desirable - LL.M/Membership of Institute of Company Secret

- ries of India Demonstrable in-house experience working with MNCs, Fintech, banking/NBFCs stron
- gly preferred.Skilled in key legal concepts relating to existing and emerging
- technologies.Working knowledge of Payment Industry, Technology,
- BFSI industryExcellent skills on legal commercial negotiations, ability to manage complex business deals and handle work pressure by su
- pporting team.Excellent organizational skills; proactive attitude; working closely with local and cross-regional teams (APAC and Europe); ability to work both as team player as well as strong
- legal advisor.Excellent verbal and written commun
- ication skillsKnowledge of GDPR and data privacy

Job Description
- Prepare Balance sheet and Profit and Loss account reconciliations and supporting schedules for a variety of international entities in multiple currencies.
- Manage the Cost in Profit and loss.
- Help in the monthly/quarterly/yearly closing activities
- Assist in the different types of Audits.
- Discover and recommend continuous improvement within the account reconciliation process including inputs and outputs.
- Prepare and record general ledger journal entries as well as review the entries of others.
- Ensure deliverables are performed efficiently and are of high quality, timely and accurate.
- Assume other activities and responsibilities as directed.
Required Candidate profile
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or similar field required.
- MBA/CA Inter with 1-3 years of experience.
- Oracle/D365 working experience preferred.
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel.
- Analytical with the ability to problem solve and be detail oriented.
- Ability to collaborate with various levels of the organization and work together as a team.
- Proficient in English, both written and oral skills, in order to communicate comfortably with team members in the US and UK.
