Maintain comprehensive and accurate customer credit records, updating them as necessary
Respond to customer inquiries promptly, providing accurate information and resolving any issues
Monitor customer accounts closely, taking appropriate action when necessary
Generate structured reports, synthesizing various pieces of information into a coherent format
Create synopses of reports and other documents as needed
Adhere to all relevant industry standards and regulations in all tasks

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in OKC, Oklahoma.
