As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for seamlessly coordinating and implementing, both small scale and large scale events, while also assisting with traditional administrative tasks
Coordinate, plan, and implement events from conception to completion
Assist in the selection and booking of venues, vendors, and necessary event resources
Assist in the scheduling and coordination of meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
Manage correspondence via mail, email, and phone as well as ensuring prompt and accurate communication
Maintain filing systems, databases, and CRM systems in an effective way
Draft documents, emails, reports, and other communications on behalf of management team
Perform additional administrative and clerical tasks as assigned by management

Robert Half is working with an established, growth-oriented company seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join their team as an Administrative Assistant. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for seamlessly coordinating and implementing, both small scale and large scale events, while also assisting with traditional administrative tasks. This position requires strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and an outstanding ability to multitask.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate, plan, and implement events from conception to completion.
• Assist in the selection and booking of venues, vendors, and necessary event resources.
• Assist in the scheduling and coordination of meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
• Manage correspondence via mail, email, and phone as well as ensuring prompt and accurate communication.
• Maintain filing systems, databases, and CRM systems in an effective way.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant, event planner, or in a similar role.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and coordinate various types of events.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
• High school degree; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary will be a plus.
