Job description, work day and responsibilities

1 Ensure to prepare Books of Accounts & related matters including accounting compliances 2 Preparing Books of accounts and making recommendations in order to ensure that accounts are prepared and maintained in accordance with statutory obligations. 3 Preparing and maintaining statutory books of accounts, viz. journal, ledger, cash book, bank book, residents accounts, supplier accounts & other subsidiary accounts in compliance with time & accuracy norms. 4 Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement & management of cash/fund flow 5 Maintaining the Books & Journalizing the Entries of (Day Book, Petty Cash Book, General Ledger, Sales & Purchase Register) 6 Reconciliation of Residents & Supplier Accounts. 7 Billing of Charges to the Residents 8 Timely payments to all creditors. 9 Timely collections from all debtors. 10 Preparation of debtors Ageing and circulation to all stake holders on weekly basis.
