Job description, work day and responsibilities

Accountant Job Duties Monitoring company accounts and conducting regular review. Record and maintain all the entries of day-to-day business transactions like Sales, Purchase, Payment, receipts, purchase Order etc. Keep Bank Accounts up to date by posting day-to-day transactions. Maintain all the records & files in a proper manner. Record all expenses and review those expenses & keep the track of expenses every month. Prepare monthly GST Data and file GST. Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports. Accounts payable. Accounts receivable. Tax preparation. Invoice processing. Data Entry. Handles Daily, Monthly and Yearly closings. Key Skill Good Communication Skills Working Knowledge of MS Office Knowledge of Tally 9 Basic knowledge of GST, TDS and other accounting terms Basic knowledge of banking and other similar work Strong attention to details and good analytical skills Ability to keep documents and data well organized.
