We at UAbility are growing at RAPID PACE month over month and are getting buried with far too many transactions to handle. Therefore, we need to hire a detail-oriented accountant to manage the same ASAP.

UAbility is a business consulting firm that helps digital entrepreneurs in India get high-ticket clients globally. Because of how fast our startup is growing, we need a rock-star individual with experience in accounts and operations. This includes day-to-day finance reconciliation, invoices, schedule, and client interactions that go with being in this role.

We are looking for a GWD (get-work-done) type of person who is obsessed with numbers and excel sheets, but also knows how to get the job done and be a leader for rest of the finance department so that we can continue to scale while maintaining healthy profit margins like how we always have.

Responsibilities
• Manage all accounting transactions including invoices.
• Maintain and store invoices neatly.
• Do daily net cashflow reconciliation.
• Prepare budget forecasts.
• Publish financial statements in time.
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Ensure timely bank payments.
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.

Qualifications
• Professional experience-2-3 years in accounting
• Bcom + Mcom or CA inter both groups cleared
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc
