Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage social media strategy for multiple client accounts, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and objectives.
• Oversee the creation, curation, and scheduling of high-quality content across various social media platforms.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for all social media initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to assess performance, providing regular reports and insights to clients.
• Develop and implement paid social media campaigns, optimizing for engagement, reach, and ROI.
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices, integrating new strategies to enhance client success.
• Manage a team of social media specialists and coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, PR, and digital marketing, to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Account Director or similar role in social media, with at least 3 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.

Skills:
• Social Media Strategy: Developing and managing comprehensive social media plans.
• Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Content Management: Overseeing content creation and curation for various platforms.
• Data Analysis: Analyzing social media metrics to drive strategy and performance.
• Team Leadership: Managing and guiding a team of social media professionals.

Preferred:
• Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
