Prioritize, plan and implement improvement activities with emphasis on maximizing print speeds and maximizing machine output while maintaining quality and safety
Represent the local site team and report technical status of printers in project reviews and daily/weekly operational meetings
Assist Operations in the development of their team within the 3D Cell
Ensure the team adheres to agreed processes and contribute in process improvements
Potential to support other sitewide Automation projects and implementations
Work closely with the site leadership team along with developing a relationship with the 3D team in Europe

As a 3D Technician/Operator you’ll be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the efficiency of our 3D printing cell.

What You’ll Do

Your Qualifications
• Associates degree preferred
• 2+ years’ experience as controls engineer/technician
• Well-rounded troubleshooting skills with electrical, mechanical and controls
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with multiple teams
• Proficient in G-code (expected proficiency within 6 months of hire)
• Database knowledge (SQL, Access); scripting languages preferred
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs
